Run by old Ida French, Ida has spent her entire life in Silver Pines and used to run one of the most successful farms in all of Maine. When Wolf Lodge went out of business she accumulated their land into her own after many years of it sitting abandoned. The area of Wolf Lodge has become overrun due to lack of maintenance as Ida is too old to run everything herself anymore. 0

Wolf Lodge used to be run by Douglas Wolfe, however, when his family left Silver Pines and he passed away the area fell into ruins. Before the Holden's could get their hands on the property, Ida French bought it as it was right next to her own land. This has been a point of contention between her and the Holden's (minus Rosa who doesn't care and would much rather work with Ida). 0

Maplewood is run by the Holden Family, Alaric Holden, his wife, Josephine Holden, and their children Rosa and Brad. Alaric, Josephine, and Brad are more interested in the money that is made with farming. Their estate is more luxurious with the unsightly farm area hidden in the back. They hire locals to work on the farm instead of doing the work themselves. Rosa works on the farm herself usually growing her flowers for the town. 0
